Kind Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our Charlotte metro clinic and mentor clinicians while guiding daily operations. The role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services to children and families in a data-driven, ethically grounded environment.

You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, develop new clinical programs with senior leadership, and support parent training and family engagement.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA with at least 3 years' experience and prior supervision of BCBAs.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor clinicians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage own caseload and drive high quality care.
• Conduct behavior assessments and implement ABA programs.
• Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs and RBTs.
• Partner with senior leaders to improve clinical programming.
