Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required with hands-on ABA supervision experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a human services field with applied behavior analysis training.
• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or psychotherapy preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical team including Lead BCBAs and Senior Therapists.
• Oversee staffing, coaching, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Ensure policy implementation and quality of care across the clinic.
• Coordinate training, CME, and clinical meetings with the team.
• Manage intake and bridge clinical and administrative operations.
