Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP) seeks a part-time Clinical Director to oversee the IBHS program in Somerset County.
The role includes clinical supervision of master's level therapists, delivering individual and family counseling, and ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance in an office and field setting. The position requires a Master's degree and PA licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), with at least 2 years of mental health therapy experience; bilingual ability is a plus.
Status: Part Time Hourly
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week; Flexible Schedule; some occasional evenings and weekends may be needed.
Summary of the Position: The Clinical Director is responsible for clinical oversight of the Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Program in Somerset County, including the provision of participant services and personnel supervision both in the office and in the field.
