Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. in Lebanon County seeks a part-time Clinical Director to provide clinical oversight of the IBHS program, supervise master's level therapists, and deliver individual and family counseling as needed in both office and field settings.

You will develop and implement Individualized Service Plans, monitor service quality, and ensure adherence to PA Medicaid, YAP standards, and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• PA licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• 3 years direct mental health service with children and families.
• Experience delivering and supervising behavioral health in home/community/family settings.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience with Family-Based Therapy, Crisis Response, ESFT models preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Status: Part Time Hourly

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Hourly Rate: $23.00

Availability: Will discuss at time of interview; flexible up to 40 hours per week.

Summary of the Position

The Clinical Director is responsible for clinical oversight of the Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Program in Lebanon County, including the provision of participant services and personnel supervision both in the office and in the field.

• The Clinical Director oversees the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans, supervises master's level therapists and provides individual, and family counseling as needed.
• The Clinical Director will assist in monitoring the quality of client services and adhering to set service delivery levels.
• All services are provided consistent with YAP’s individualized, strengths-based, family-focused philosophy and in compliance with PA Medicaid and YAP standards, as well as all state and federal regulations governing the delivery of service.
• Position requires non-traditional hours. May require evenings and weekends

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master's degree is required.
• Valid licensure in the State of PA as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or
• 3 years of direct mental health service experience in working with children and families.
• Experience providing and supervising behavioral health services in home, community-based, and family-centered settings required.
• Supervisory or management experience within a behavioral health program preferred.
• Experience with Family-Based Therapy, Crisis Response, and Ecosystemic Family Therapy (ESFT) models preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role is highly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years Mental Health Therapy Experience
• CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus.
• Behavior Management (MANDT) Certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
