Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP) seeks a part-time Clinical Director to oversee the Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) in Lebanon County.

You will supervise master's level therapists and provide individual and family counseling during office and field visits. The role emphasizes quality monitoring, adherence to service levels, and alignment with YAP's strengths-based, family-focused philosophy, all in compliance with PA Medicaid and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required
• Licensure in PA as LCSW/LPC/LMFT or equivalent
• 3 years direct mental health service experience with children and families
• Experience supervising behavioral health services in home/community/family-centered settings
• Supervisory/management experience preferred
• Experience with Family-Based Therapy, Crisis Response, ESFT models preferred
• 2+ years mental health therapy experience
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus
• MANDT Behavior Management certification a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with EHR a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee IBHS program in Lebanon County
• Supervise master's level therapists and provide individual and family counseling
• Monitor quality of client services and adherence to service delivery levels
• Ensure services align with YAP philosophy and PA Medicaid/state/federal regulations
• Will require non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
