Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a part-time Dietitian to provide nutrition care to patients in alignment with physicians' diagnoses and regulatory requirements. You will analyze patient information and develop nutrition care plans, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver effective nutrition programs to patients, staff, and the community.

The role involves presenting nutrition information, developing programs, and applying professional judgment to patient

Qualifications

• Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Current Missouri Dietitian license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition care to patients per physician diagnoses and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and present nutrition information and programs to patients, staff and community.
• Plan, develop and execute nutrition care plans with independent judgment.
• Collaborate as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team.

Schedule: Part Time (20hrs/week)

What You'll Do

Responsible for providing nutrition care to patients in accordance with physician's diagnoses and requirements of regulatory agencies. Obtains, analyzes and collates patient information into nutrition care plans and recommendations for nutrition care. Member of multidisciplinary health care team. Plans, develops, and presents nutrition information and programs to patients, staff, and community. Exercises independent judgment regarding patient nutrition care and completion of work assignments.

Requirements

• Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Current Missouri Dietitian license.
