Freeman Health System in Missouri is seeking a registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care to patients within a hospital setting. You will analyze patient data to develop nutrition care plans and participate as part of a multidisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.
You will plan and present nutrition information to patients, staff and community and exercise independent judgment in patient care. Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week, with Freeman perks.

Responsible for providing nutrition care to patients in accordance with physician's diagnoses and requirements of regulatory agencies.
Obtains, analyzes and collates patient information into nutrition care plans and recommendations for nutrition care.
Member of multidisciplinary health care team.
Plans, develops, and presents nutrition information and programs to patients, staff, and community.
Exercises independent judgment regarding patient nutrition care and completion of work assignments.
Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
Current Missouri Dietitian license.
