Job summary

Freeman Health System in Missouri is seeking a registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care to patients within a hospital setting. You will analyze patient data to develop nutrition care plans and participate as part of a multidisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.

You will plan and present nutrition information to patients, staff and community and exercise independent judgment in patient care. Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week, with Freeman perks.

Qualifications

• Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Current Missouri Dietitian license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition care to patients per physician diagnoses and regulatory requirements.
• Obtain, analyze and collate patient information into nutrition care plans.
• Be a member of the multidisciplinary health care team.
• Plan, develop and present nutrition information and programs to patients, staff and community.
• Exercise independent judgment regarding patient nutrition care and assignments.
