Job summary

Freeman Health System in Missouri is seeking a registered dietitian to provide nutrition care to patients in accordance with physician diagnoses and regulatory requirements. You will analyze patient information to form nutrition care plans and work with a multidisciplinary team to present nutrition information to patients, staff and the community.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with opportunities to lead nutrition programs and engage in mentorship within Freeman’s growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• CDR registration required.
• Missouri Dietitian license current.

What You'll Do

Responsible for providing nutrition care to patients in accordance with physician's diagnoses and requirements of regulatory agencies. Obtains, analyzes and collates patient information into nutrition care plans and recommendations for nutrition care. Member of multidisciplinary health care team. Plans, develops, and presents nutrition information and programs to patients, staff, and community. Exercises independent judgment regarding patient nutrition care and completion of work assignments.

Requirements

• Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Current Missouri Dietitian license.
