Freeman Health System is seeking a part-time dietitian to provide nutrition care to patients in accordance with physician diagnoses and regulatory requirements. You will collect patient data, develop care plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver nutrition programs.

The role involves planning and presenting nutrition information to patients, staff and the community, exercising independent judgment in care tasks and contributing to ongoing patient education.

Qualificações

• CDR-registered dietitian with Missouri license.
• Part-time schedule and clinic-based care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.

Schedule

Part Time (20hrs/week)

What You'll Do

• Responsible for providing nutrition care to patients in accordance with physician's diagnoses and requirements of regulatory agencies.
• Obtains, analyzes and collates patient information into nutrition care plans and recommendations for nutrition care.
• Member of multidisciplinary health care team.
• Plans, develops, and presents nutrition information and programs to patients, staff, and community.
• Exercises independent judgment regarding patient nutrition care and completion of work assignments.

Requirements

• Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Current Missouri Dietitian license.
