You will analyze patient information to form nutrition care plans and work with a multidisciplinary team to present nutrition information to patients, staff and the community.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with opportunities to lead nutrition programs and engage in mentorship within Freeman’s growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• CDR registration required.
• Missouri Dietitian license current.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition care to patients per physician diagnoses.
