Job summary

Freeman West is seeking a Clinical Dietitian for a part-time role (20 hours per week) to provide nutrition care to hospital patients within the Freeman Health System. You will gather patient data, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement nutrition strategies for patient recovery.

The position requires CDR registration and a current Missouri Dietitian license, with opportunities to contribute to community nutrition programs and hospital wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with CDR.
• Current Missouri Dietitian license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition care to patients per physician diagnoses and regulatory requirements.
• Obtain, analyze and compile patient information into nutrition care plans.
• Plan, develop and present nutrition information and programs to patients, staff and community.
• Exercise independent judgment regarding patient nutrition care and assignments.
• Be part of a multidisciplinary health care team.
