Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc seeks a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services in a long-term care facility in Beckley, WV. You will assess nutrition needs, develop care plans, educate residents and staff, and collaborate with the care team to improve health outcomes.

Monday–Friday with flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits. Requires active RD licensure and compliance with state standards; multi-site duties may apply, with potential driving between buildings.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with active licensure in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of CMS/state/federal nutrition regulations preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance may apply.
• Driver's license may be required for multi-site roles.
• RD-eligible or provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and labs.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS/state/federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
