Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services in a long-term care facility.

Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) in good standing.
- Hold a current state licensure for nutrition practice.
- Knowledge of CMS/state/federal nutrition regulations preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' nutrition needs and document care plans in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nutrition care plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
