Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) in good standing.
- Hold a current state nutrition license/credential.
- Experience in clinical nutrition within long-term care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents/patients nutrition needs and document care plans in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nutrition care plans based on clinical data.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
