Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services in long-term care facilities.

Monday–Friday with flexible schedules, you will assess nutrition needs, develop care plans, provide education to residents and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes. The role requires active CDR registration, state licensure, and compliance with nutrition regulations.

Qualifications

• CDR-registered dietitian with active license in good standing.
• Knowledge of state survey processes and nutrition regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication with staff and administration.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents'/patients' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings, labs, weight trends, intake and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
