Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- If hired in registration eligible status, pass the RD credentialing exam within 6 months.
- Master’s degree by Jan 1, 2024 for new grads, accredited program completion required.
- State licensure or certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Clinical dietetics experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver MNT as a Clinical Dietitian to patients in acute care and specialized populations.
- Apply the Nutrition Care Process to assess and manage complex nutrition needs.
- Provide advanced nutrition counseling to support behavior change.
- Utilize tools like indirect calorimetry and nutrient analysis to tailor care plans.
- Mentor dietetic interns and new graduates; support clinical staff.
- Implement evidence-based nutrition practices with interdisciplinary teams.
- Manage nutrition care across discharge planning and DME orders.
