Intermountain Health is hiring an experienced Clinical Dietitian (RD/RDN) to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care hospital. You will apply the Nutrition Care Process to assess and manage complex needs and provide counseling to support behavior change.

Open to experienced hospital dietitians and newer graduates, with onboarding and growth opportunities toward Clinical Dietitian Specialist. Includes a $2,500 sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualificações

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration; must pass exam within 6 months if registration eligible.
• If hired as registration eligible after Jan 1, 2024, completion of a master’s degree by an accredited university.
• Completion of an ACEND accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics, Dietetic Internship, Coordinated Program, or graduate‑level program.
• State licensure or certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Clinical dietetics experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) as an RD/RDN to patients in acute care and specialized populations.
• Apply the Nutrition Care Process to assess, diagnose, and manage complex nutrition needs.
• Provide advanced nutrition counseling to support behavior change and outcomes.
• Utilize nutrition tools to develop personalized care plans.
• Support and mentor dietetic interns and new graduates.
• Implement evidence-based nutrition practices in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Manage nutrition care across the continuum, including discharge planning.
• Write and manage nutrition-related orders within scope of practice.
