Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Dietitian to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care hospital setting. You will apply the Nutrition Care Process to assess and manage nutrition needs, provide counseling, and develop personalized plans using nutrition tools.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration or registration eligible.
• Masters degree requirement for new grads (post-Jan 2024).
• ACEND accredited program completion required.
• State licensure/certification required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) as an RD/RDN in acute care.
• Apply Nutrition Care Process to assess and manage nutrition needs.
• Provide advanced nutrition counseling to support behavior change.
• Use nutrition tools to develop personalized care plans.
• Mentor dietetic interns and new grads.
