Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD or MS/BSc with several years in clinical development.
• Experience supporting development programs through key milestones.
• Strong knowledge of the biopharmaceutical environment and cross-functional interactions.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent scientific writing and verbal communication skills.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Experience reviewing clinical data listings and interpreting data.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for the design, execution, and interpretation of clinical studies.
• Lead development programs and work independently within project teams.
• Serve as technical resource for clinical issues raised by collaborators, investigators, and contractors.
• Support publications, abstracts, presentations, and scientific communications.
• Participate on project teams to support development strategy and study implementation.
• Lead preparation of clinical protocols and key study documents including informed consent forms and SAPs.
• Lead clinical data review activities and interpretation of safety/efficacy data.
• Collaborate with study teams to maintain open communication and successful study execution.
• Foster a transparent environment with cross-functional partnerships across Pfizer.
• Develop expertise in Pfizer clinical processes and SOPs to ensure compliance.
