Job summary

Solventum seeks a Clinical Development Analyst to support inpatient coding content and client simulations. You will code/modify records, validate content, and ensure accurate terminology across inpatient and outpatient products. Strong coding credentials and exceptional communication are essential.

Remote US position with up to 5% travel; relocation assistance may be authorized. Expected compensation ranges from $96,000 to $132,000 annually, based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 4 years inpatient coding experience in various environments.
• Or High School Diploma with 8 years inpatient coding experience.
• AHIMA Coding Certification required.
• Proficiency with ICD-10-CM coding system.
• Proficiency with PCS coding system.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of trends in clinical management and health information systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude in a team.
• Strong Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop inpatient and outpatient coding content for products.
• Code/modify client records to simulate client environment.
• Add/validate content with variations in terminology.
• Validate/test content for inpatient and outpatient products.
• Leverage coding background to enhance client experience.
• Willing to work extra to meet deadlines.
• Resolve software concerns with discretion and judgment.
• Offer alternative coding paths based on expertise.
