Solventum, a leader in health information systems, seeks a Clinical Development Analyst to develop inpatient/outpatient coding content and validate client records. This role blends coding expertise with product development in a fast-paced environment.

Remote role across the United States with up to 5% travel. Requires AHIMA certification, ICD-10-CM/PCS proficiency, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 4+ years inpatient coding experience.
• Or high school diploma with 8+ years inpatient coding experience.
• AHIMA coding certification (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) required.
• Proficient with ICD-10-CM coding system and PCS coding system.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop inpatient and outpatient coding content for inpatient and outpatient products.
• Code/modify client records to simulate client environment with product use.
• Add/validate content with variations in documentation terminology.
• Validate/test content for inpatient and outpatient products.
• Utilize coding background to enhance client experience.
