Job summary

Solventum is hiring a healthcare coding professional to develop and validate inpatient and outpatient coding content. You will modify client records to mirror real environments and ensure accuracy across documentation terminology.

The role requires AHIMA certification and strong ICD-10-CM/PCS proficiency, with ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 4 years inpatient hospital coding experience
• AHIMA coding certification (RHIA/RHIT/CCS) is required
• Proficiency with ICD-10-CM and PCS
• Strong communication and problem solving in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of health information systems for clinical and physician services

Responsibilities

• Develop inpatient and outpatient coding content for inpatient and outpatient products.
• Code/modify client records to simulate client environments with product use.
• Add/validate content with variations in documentation terminology.
• Validate/test content for inpatient and outpatient products.
• Utilize coding background to enhance client experience.
• Willing to work extra to meet deadlines and handle software issues with discretion.
