Job summary

Takeda is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive demand for assigned products by reinforcing brand value and optimizing opportunities in physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.

You will develop and apply business processes to achieve sales goals, deliver clinical value propositions, onboard accounts, and coordinate clinical education for healthcare professionals. Travel 25–50% is required to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Healthcare/medical device/pharma/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Dermatology and/or Immunology experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present clinical value proposition and advance customers along a brand belief continuum.
• Support account onboarding, including education and procedures.
• Coordinate and support clinical education opportunities for HCPs.
• Conduct account management in practices, clinics, outlets, and independent physician offices.
• Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved marketing materials.
• Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement by cultivating local decision-maker relationships.
• Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states and treatments.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, sales calls, follow-ups, samples, and key contacts.
• Communicate ideas and data verbally and in writing (public speaking/presentations).
