Job summary

• Promotes patient-centered, compassionate and wholistic care and ensures timely admissions and discharges.
• Leads safety huddles, ensures core measures compliance, and monitors performance improvement activities.
• Manages resources, staffing, and schedule adjustments to meet patient needs.
