AbbVie Inc. in South San Francisco, CA is seeking a CDSO Data Strategy Lead to own data-related study start-up deliverables from protocol to go-live. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure data strategy alignment, and lead process improvements across clinical trials.

The role requires strong project management, risk oversight, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable decisions for study teams. Hybrid work is offered with onsite presence three days a week.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, CS, life sciences or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years pharma/clinical research/data management, or 8+ years PM experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and clinical technology.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as CDSO study start-up SME and single point of contact for assigned studies; own data start-up deliverables.
• Lead data management study start-up end-to-end with CDSO and study team; optimize timelines.
• Ensure consistency in data strategy, CRFs, and surveillance approaches across studies.
• Translate data, technology, and standards into clear, decision-ready guidance for teams.
• Drive data quality factors and data criticality into downstream systems.
• Adhere to regulations, GCPs, ICH guidelines and AbbVie SOPs; stay updated.
• Influence without direct authority; lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Coach and mentor team members.
