Job summary

AbbVie Clinical Data Strategy and Operations seeks an experienced operations leader to align CDSO study teams with program strategies and drive end-to-end study execution.

You will coordinate global cross-functional teams, leverage analytics to optimize timelines, and ensure adherence to GCP/ICH and AbbVie SOPs. A strong pharma data management background and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, CS, life sciences or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
• 3+ years in pharma/clinical research/data management/healthcare or 5+ years in project management (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDSO study team and align with program- and study-level strategies.
• Coordinate DSS study teams as operational lead and connect global teams.
• Engage cross-functional teams to achieve study objectives and timelines.
• Use operational analytics and project management tools to optimize execution and reports.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, AbbVie SOPs and local regulations.
• Mentor Data Science Associates and participate in CDSO process improvements.
• Contribute to lessons learned across functions.
