Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, computer science, life sciences or equivalent; Master’s preferred; PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
• 6+ years pharma/clinical research/data management or 8+ years project management experience.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and clinical technology.
• Demonstrated functional leadership and ability to influence without authority.
• Proven coaching/mentoring ability in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own data-related start-up deliverables from protocol development through system go-live.
• Lead data management start-up end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data strategy, standards, CRFs and surveillance across studies.
• Translate data/tech concepts into clear, decision-ready guidance.
• Drive process improvements and innovations within CDSO.
