Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a leader for Clinical Data Strategy and Operations to drive study-level execution and cross-functional collaboration. You will align CDSO study teams with program strategies and serve as the operational lead from DSS, coordinating global teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities, with experience in clinical trials and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, computer science, life sciences or equivalent. Master’s preferred.
• PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
• 3+ years pharma/clinical research/data management/health care experience or 5+ years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDSO study teams and coordinate with DSS and cross-functional teams.
• Act as single point of contact and operational lead from DSS for assigned studies.
• Monitor study progress, manage resources, and prepare status reports.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, AbbVie SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
