Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a CDSO Lead to coordinate study-level operational activities within the Clinical Data Strategy and Operations group in Irvine, CA. Qualifications

• 3+ years pharma/clinical research/data management/healthcare experience or 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial process and clinical technology.
• Leadership and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Effective communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Align CDSO study teams with program- and study-level strategies and lead the CDSO Study Team.
• Act as single point of contact and operational lead from DSS for assigned studies.
• Coordinate DSS study teams to meet objectives and engage global cross-functional teams.
• Use operational analytics and project management tools to optimize execution and track study progress.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH Guidelines, AbbVie SOPs and local regulations.
• Participate in CDSO and cross-functional innovation and process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor Data Science Associates; may include indirect supervision of contract resources.
• Contribute to study execution lessons learned across functions.
