Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in regulatory registry data gathering and entry.
• Experience and or training with healthcare information system and terminology.
• Knowledge of applications in one of the functional areas(e.g. scheduling, clinical orders, revenue cycle).
• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Qlikview, EPIC, MIDAS, Chartmaxx, NHSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and conduct analyses for department priorities.
• Identify and benchmark relevant performance metrics using internal/external databases.
• Resolve data discrepancies and support quality initiatives.
• Support cross-functional teams to achieve department goals and value index targets.
• Develop and maintain data infrastructure and metric tracking solutions for quality programs.
