Qualifications

• 3 years direct patient care/clinical experience required.
• Proficient in EHR and Microsoft Office.
• Strong data abstraction and quality/patient safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Review, abstract, validate, and submit patient data for clinical registries and quality reporting programs.
• Ensure data abstraction aligns with specifications, guidelines, and timelines.
• Perform data quality validation including interrater reliability reviews and case reversal workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical and nonclinical teams to resolve data questions.
• Support quality reporting and process improvement by implementing updated measure specifications and identifying data issues.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
