Job summary

The role involves reviewing records on and off the patient unit, preparing reports, coordinating with department leaders to meet National Patient Safety Goals, and leading improvement teams with a no-blame approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program leading to licensure as an LPN/LVN or RN.
• Current clinical licensure, preferred.
• 3 years clinical experience in healthcare and performance measurement or improvement.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Supports performance improvement programs and hospital-wide evaluation.
• Performs open record review, data entry and report writing.
• Assists with Joint Commission readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Leads or facilitates performance improvement teams.
• Maintains confidentiality and regulatory standards.
