Flourish Research is actively recruiting a Data Entry Clerk to support Valkyrie Clinical Trials in Century City, Los Angeles, CA. You will enter, update, and reconcile clinical and patient information within sponsor EDC platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GCP, HIPAA, and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• Experience with healthcare data and terminology a plus.
• Strong typing and accuracy essential.
• Familiar with PHI handling and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enter clinical trial data into CRFs or CDMS with accuracy.
• Ensure data aligns with source documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain PHI confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Support data retrieval and correction requests from staff.
• Assist audits and ensure complete documentation.
• Represent Flourish Research professionally with staff and vendors.
