Flourish Research is seeking a Data Entry Manager for either our Century City, CA or Denver, CO sites. This role leads the data entry team, ensures accuracy and timely entry into CRFs/CDMS, and aligns with GCP and privacy standards.

You will oversee operations, coach staff, and collaborate with CRCs and sponsors to meet study timelines, with onsite work and competitive compensation. Strong leadership, medical data familiarity, and ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Medical Assisting, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years’ supervisory experience within clinical, medical, or healthcare data management.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to data entry team ensuring accurate, timely data entry into CRFs or CDMS.
• Oversee data entry processes in compliance with GCP and privacy requirements.
• Resolve data discrepancies between source data and CRFs with CRCs.
• Train, coach, and conduct performance evaluations for staff.
• Attend pre-study visits and site initiation visits as needed.
• Prepare reports on team performance and incidents for leadership.
