Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking a Data Entry Manager for our Denver, CO or Century City, CA sites. The role leads data entry teams, ensures data integrity, and collaborates with sponsors and CRCs to meet study timelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data management within clinical trials, including supervisory experience, and strong EMR/EDC/CDMS skills along with GCP and HIPAA knowledge. This onsite role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Assisting, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of EMR/EDC/CDMS, GCP, and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data entry into CRFs/CDMS and ensure data quality and alignment with source documents.
• Serve as operational and technical leader and SME in data entry.
• Drive accountability and timely completion of tasks by Data Entry staff.
• Escalate and troubleshoot complex process and technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and privacy regulations; perform data audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead onboarding, training, and regular team meetings; report performance to senior leadership.
