Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to join our clinical site team. You will enter patient visit data into EDC and other systems, review charts for accuracy, and report any irregularities to ensure protocol compliance.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of data entry experience in a clinical setting. Strong typing, organization, and confidentiality are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of clinical data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, email, and web applications; accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient data into EDC and other systems accurately.
• Review patient charts to ensure data is complete and in line with guidelines.
• Report irregularities to appropriate parties and assist with related activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Support other clinical research-related activities.
