Job summary

Counterpart Health is seeking a data analytics SME to own the clinical data completeness lifecycle across vendor integrations and EHR interoperability efforts. You will map data sources, quantify gaps, and drive improvements in data reliability for the Counterpart Assistant platform.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to ensure high-quality data feeds, support TEFCA/QHIN initiatives, and guide vendor strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on data analytics experience with healthcare data interoperability.
• Strong hands-on experience with HL7, CCDA, and ADT messages.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfortable with large, complex datasets (claims, clinical data).
• Experience with interoperability networks or HIE integrations.
• Skilled in data visualization and able to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious mindset with ability to investigate data gaps and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor facilities generating high-quality clinical documents and quantify data gaps.
• Map and correlate facility data across sources to uncover patterns of missingness and latency.
• Report ADT coverage across geographic, organizational, and tech dimensions.
• Recommend data‑vendor configurations based on data flow and quality analyses.
• Evaluate new data integration technologies for viability and fit.
• Assess documentation completeness for patient visits or encounters.
• Prioritize facility targets for direct data acquisition using data-driven frameworks.
• Guide vendor strategy for TEFCA and QHIN adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to ensure data quality and utility.
• Remove operational bottlenecks to ensure scalable data flow across markets.
