Job summary

Clover Health, via Counterpart Health, is seeking a Data Analyst to own clinical data completeness and effectiveness. You will map data across claims, CCDAs, and ADT messages, identify gaps, and guide data pipeline improvements to support value-based care.

This role emphasizes TEFCA/ QHIN frameworks and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare data analytics, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with interoperability standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data analytics experience in healthcare.
• Strong experience with SQL and large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Python or similar tools for data manipulation.
• Experience with HL7, CCDA, and ADT interchange formats.
• Familiarity with TEFCA/QHIN frameworks.
• Ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify facilities with high-quality, usable clinical documents to locate data gaps.
• Map data across claims, CCDAs, and ADT messages to uncover missingness patterns.
• Analyze data flow and quality to guide vendor strategy and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Clinical teams on data needs.
• Report on ADT coverage by geography, facility, and EMR system.
