Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on healthcare data analytics experience.
• Deep familiarity with VBC metrics: risk adjustment, utilization, and cost.
• Strong SQL skills in cloud-based warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Exceptional data storytelling translating findings for clinical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core Value-Based Care metrics across risk, quality, utilization, and cost.
• Develop customer-facing analytics, reports, and dashboards for payer and provider partners.
• Analyze Medicare Advantage performance data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Translate data findings into executive-ready narratives and visuals for QBRs and presentations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to validate claims and clinical data pipelines.
• Prepare and deliver performance reviews and reporting packages for customers.
