Job summary

Ascension is seeking a data analytics professional to join the Trauma Service Line Admin team. This role focuses on designing, producing, and delivering comprehensive reports and dashboards that guide leadership decisions.

You will ensure data integrity through regular reconciliation and transform raw data into standardized, accessible models across the organization. Remote-friendly position with preference for candidates in the Austin, TX area.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and delivering management reports and dashboards.
• Strong data governance and reconciliation practices to ensure data integrity.
• Familiarity with healthcare data and BI tools is a plus.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s): None Required.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Preferences

• Must reside in Austin, TX area
• AAAM, ICD 10 coding, trauma registrar course experience preferred
• Ideal certifications CAISS or CSTR
