Job summary

Racine County is seeking a CSP Coordinator to provide clinical oversight and directly support CSP participants through comprehensive assessments and updated treatment plans. The role includes supervising a caseload, training CSP Case Managers, and coordinating care across home, office, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Psychologist required.
• CSAC, SAC, SAC-IT preferred.
• 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience with adults with chronic mental illness or 1,500 hours in a CSP.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license for required travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide cases management to CSP consumers in home, office, or community settings.
• Be part of the CSP on-call calendar as assigned.
• Conduct in-depth assessments and admissions needs of consumers.
• Develop and update treatment plans with measurable outcomes; monitor compliance.
• Supervise CSP staff in absence of the CSP supervisor; ensure documentation and productivity.
• Coordinate training, scheduling, and evaluation of CSP personnel.
• Communicate about laws and procedures affecting CSP consumers.

Education

Master’s degree in social work or counseling
