Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Master's degree in social work or counseling.
• Licensed clinial staff required per DHS 63/ state guidelines.
• CSAC/SAC/SAC-IT preferred.
• 3000 hours supervised clinical experience with adults or 1500 hours in CSP.
• One-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license for required travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, operate and administrate programs and contracted services.
• Provide supervision to assigned workers.
• Manage assigned staff workload.
• Develop plans and budgets for funds for mental health services.
• Participate in development of a comprehensive plan for mental health services.
• Oversee DHS 63 implementation and compliance.
• Arrange staffing coverage for the CSP Program.
• Facilitate training and professional development for CSP staff.
• Ensure staff compliance with DHS 63 clinical supervision and Medicaid requirements.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, families, other departments and community resources for crisis resolution.
• Consult with unit supervisors/clinical staff regarding clients’ needs and future impact on the unit.
• Select and evaluate unit staff; make recommendations on personnel decisions.
• Ensure medical/financial records documentation and billing records.
• Provide backup coverage and after-hours supervisory oversight for crisis workers.
• Work with on-call staff during emergency investigations.
• Respond to emergencies as assigned.
