Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services and 2+ years in behavioral health assessment/treatment.
• Full or Associate licensure as Psychological Associate, LMHC, or LCSW; dual licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a real-time patient-flow system reflecting referrals, arrivals, and service stages.
• Coordinate handoffs from Access and Intake to connect clients with appropriate teams.
• Guide service sequencing based on urgency and clinical priorities.
• Monitor wait times, capacity, and staff availability across programs.
• Provide timely updates to staff on arrivals, urgency, and disposition.
