Job summary

Behavioral Health Group - BHG in Asheville, NC seeks a Counselor Supervisor who provides clinical leadership, supervising counselors to deliver patient-centered addiction treatment. You will guide treatment planning, oversee case management, and ensure care meets regulatory standards while supporting staff development.

This role offers a 6:00 AM–2:00 PM schedule, $33/hr base pay with a bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s in Social Work or related field and active license.
• LCAS or CCS required.
• Must be registered with the NCASPPB.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and ongoing coaching to counselors.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee case management activities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with community providers and respond to crises.
• Lead and participate in treatment team meetings and supervision.
• Introduce and implement new clinical programs to improve outcomes.
