• At least 2 years of experience in a charge/clinical coordinator setting.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises RNs, LPNs, students and non‑professional staff in direct patient care.
• Oversees unit operations to ensure regulatory compliance and quality patient care.
• Contributes to staff education and performance evaluations as designated by the unit Director.
