Mercy is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to oversee professional nursing care for patients and families by directing RNs, LPNs, students and non‑professional staff. You will guide unit operations to meet regulatory standards and participate in staff development and performance evaluation under the unit Director.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure:
Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in charge/clinical coordinator setting.
Certification/Registration:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Other skills & knowledge (skills, knowledge, abilities):
At least 2 years of experience.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Organizing and coordinating skills.
Knowledge of accreditation and certification requirements and standards.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
