Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead nursing care on a busy unit in Arkansas. You will direct Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, students, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring regulatory compliance and standards.

You will participate in education, performance evaluations, and coordinate administrative duties as assigned by the unit Director. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure as required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for patients and families under direction and supervision.
• Direct and supervise RNs, LPNs, students, and non-professional staff in delivering patient care.
• Ensure unit operations meet regulatory requirements and standards.
• Participate in staff education and development and in performance evaluations.
