Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland or eligibility for Maryland licensure.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in nursing education, clinical instruction, or academic administration.
• Knowledge of pre-licensure nursing curriculum and clinical education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare agencies and clinical partners.
• Identify, develop, and secure clinical placements that support enrollment and curricular needs.
• Coordinate affiliation agreements and monitor contract renewals.
• Serve as the primary contact between clinical agencies and the nursing program.
• Monitor agency requirements, regulatory changes, and clinical placement availability.
• Collaborate with course faculty to identify clinical learning needs for each nursing course.
• Coordinate placement experiences that align with specialty requirements.
• Assist with program evaluation and improvement based on outcome data.
