Job summary

BRC is seeking a supervisor for case management and housing staff working with severely and persistently mentally ill, homeless adults. The role includes program oversight, intake assessments, outreach, and coordination with outside providers.

The position requires a MSW or clinical Master’s Degree, substantial supervisory experience, and strong computer/communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with regular full-time hours and a 37.5-hour work week.

Qualifications

• MSW or clinical Master’s Degree is required.
• Significant supervisory experience is required.
• Proficient computer and communication skills; knowledge of AWARDS is a plus.
• Knowledge of substance abuse treatment and housing and benefits systems; experience delivering short-term treatment is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise case management and housing staff serving severely mentally ill, homeless adults.
• Provide program oversight when Director/Assistant Director absent.
• Assess prospective clients during intake and outreach to referral sources.
• Prepare monthly statistical reports and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate ancillary clinical services and liaise with outside providers.
